By using Elly AI's SDK, API, or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Service description
Elly AI provides an Integrator SDK for triggering actions in connected systems. You're responsible for the actions you configure and the systems you connect.
3. Accounts & access
You must safeguard your API keys. Role-based access is provided to help you control who can trigger which actions in production.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Elly to send unsolicited communications, perform unauthorized actions in third-party systems, or violate applicable law.
5. Pricing & billing
Plan terms apply as listed on the Pricing page. Usage above plan limits may be billed as overage.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
